1Q. Are these certificates official?
1A. Yes. All certificates are full and official.
2Q. Do you provide the 'long' form certificates?
2A. Yes. The certificates are 'long' or 'full' versions
3Q. Can you obtain overseas certificates?
3A. If the event was registered with a British overseas authority, then we should be able to obtain it.
4Q. Will the birth certificate have both parents details?
4A. Certificates give both parent's details if they were registered at the time of the event, including the mother's maiden name.
5Q. Can I cancel or amend my order once I've made it?
5A. There is no facility to cancel or amend an order once it has been placed. Orders feed directly into our production process, leaving us unable to stop the system. We apologise for the inconvenience.
6Q. Can you issue us with a VAT receipt?
6A. If you require a VAT receipt to claim back the VAT charged (if applicable to your order), on your item, please contact us by email with your order number and we will be happy to provide you with one. Our VAT number is GB 874 7663 71
